Final prototypes presented to companies in Sibiu

On 30 August, Robo-Mate presented the final prototypes of its three modules to companies in Sibiu, Romania
  • The passive arms module provides a constant supporting force to the arms and works without power supply. It is ideal for carrying constant weights.
  • The active arms module adjust the supporting force to the weight. It is ideal for pick and place tasks.
  • The trunk module reduces compression forces to the lower back by applying a supporting force to the hip. It is ideal for tasks where workers have to bend over.
  • The HMI module supports the worker to interact with the exoskeleton and can be integrated with the company’s production and resource planning system. It can also be used to display, for example, assembly instructions for the worker.
