The Robo-Mate trunk module only works with an on-board computer that can process, in real-time, signals from various sensors and calculate an adequate response to these signals. The company that provided this on-board computer to Robo-Mate was "Tiny Green PC". The company managed to have a case study published in a few italian media, highlighting the role of their product in the Robo-Mate project:
